The belt dryer is specially used for fresh mycelium. It was developed by our company through continuous innovation and with the use of cutting-edge technology and abundant manufacturing experience. With a width of 2 meters and an effective drying length of 12 meters, our equipment can fully meet the company’s manufacturing requirements.
The belt dryer incorporates feeding system, distribution system, air filter system, heating & cooling system, main machine, drive system, bypass filter system, discharging system, exhaust system, control system etc. Materials are fed into a distribution system before being transferred to the belt dryer. They are exposed to hot air and cold air for the transfer of heat and mass. Recyclable hot air contributes to lower energy consumption. Moisture is taken out of the material, and then the drying and cooling of materials is completed.
