Project description:
The in-house developed spray dryer is exclusively used for enzyme. It gives full consideration to the properties of enzyme.

Equipment description:
The spray dryer uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse materials into mists which can be instantly dried when coming into full contact with hot air. This equipment is typically used to produce powdered products. Air is required to undergo the primary filter, secondary filter, heater and air distributor. Then the hot air is spirally and uniformly delivered to a drying system. When exposed to the hot air, the finished product can be dried in a very short period of time. It will be continuously discharged from the bottom of a high-efficiency cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas will be taken out of an induced draft fan.
