The quality of the tablet depends on the method of drying traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) tablets. Giving full consideration to the properties of TCM tablets, our company has designed a belt dryer which can dry these tablets. This belt dryer can produce clean and dry tablets regardless of the weather. It can reduce drying time and put into mass production.

Description of the traditional Chinese medicine tablet dryer:
The belt dryer is composed of feeding system, distribution system, air filtration system, heating & cooling system, main body, transmission system, bypass filtration system, discharging system, exhaust system, control system, etc. Materials are fed, distributed and then added to the belt dryer. After that, they come into contact with hot air and cold air for the transfer of heat and mass. Hot air is recycled, which contributes to lower energy consumption. Moisture is taken out of the material, and then the drying and cooling process is completed.
